Three arrested over fake medical certificate racket in Pekan workshop
Authorities in Pekan have arrested a workshop owner, mechanic and cleaner suspected of operating a fake medical certificate scheme. The trio allegedly sold fraudulent documents bearing a government medical officer's credentials.
