Civil Service Must Act as Strategic Partner to Realize Malaysia's Diplomatic Gains, Says Chief Secretary
Malaysia's Chief Secretary to the Government has urged the civil service to actively support the Prime Minister's diplomatic initiatives and convert international agreements into domestic prosperity through efficiency and strategic capacity-building.
