Grace Period Plea: Kota Kinabalu Urged to Educate Before Parking Crackdown
Kapayan assemblyman Chin Teck Ming has urged Kota Kinabalu City Hall to introduce a six-month grace period and conduct public education campaigns before intensifying enforcement against illegal parking, citing insufficient parking facilities and concerns over sudden vehicle towing actions.
