Four charged in foiled plot to relocate online scam hub from Cambodia to Vietnam
Police in northern Vietnam have charged four individuals, including a Chinese national, after thwarting an attempt to relocate an online scam operation from Cambodia. The plot was dismantled before the criminal enterprise could become operational.
