Thailand enforces alcohol ban during Bangkok and Pattaya local elections
Thailand's Election Commission has imposed a nationwide alcohol ban across Bangkok and Pattaya from June 27-28 during local elections. Violators face up to six months imprisonment or fines of 10,000 baht.
