Sri Lanka arrests retired navy chief on corruption charges linked to Rajapaksa family
Sri Lanka's Bribery Commission has arrested retired Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda over allegations he unlawfully facilitated the 2006 naval recruitment of Yoshitha Rajapaksa, former president Mahinda Rajapaksa's son, without proper qualifications.
